In the blistering deserts of the frontier worlds, only the boldest dare to ride across the dunes on horseback. Known simply as the Sand Riders, these nomadic fighters are masters of hit-and-run warfare, using speed, terrain knowledge, and ruthless improvisation to survive battles that would annihilate conventional cavalry.

Most Sand Riders come from tribes with little access to standardized military equipment. Instead, they craft their own weapons: rugged rifles built from scavenged parts, reinforced saddles stitched from reclaimed armor plates, and most famously explosive javelins made by packing unstable compounds into hollowed metal shafts.
